When it comes to a unique costumed tailored hotel few locations can compare to the standards held at the Hotel Nimb, in Copenhagen’s Tivoli gardens.

Nimb is certainly a place where you should not judge the book by its cover. The Taj Mahal like façade with the Las Vegas light bulbs surrounding the building is quite tacky, perhaps because the previous resident was a theater company, but that is the extent of the hotel’s downside.

Quality control of their goods is so important to Nimb that they have incorporated an onsite dairy to make sure their milk products are one-hundred percent fresh. Everything from milk, cheese, yogurt, and chocolates are produced right in the hotel.

The onsite restaurant, Thomas Herman, is yet another treat to write home about. It is considered one of Copenhagen’s best culinary experience and an important source for Northern European gastronomic enthusiasts.
