My Deer by Jeroen Wesselink

My Deer by Jeroen Wesselink

One of the more unusual yet practical designs created recently, this playful piece by Netherlands based designer Jeroen Wesselink has two functions. Aptly titled “My Deer,” the piece can be used as a simple stool and when not in use, hung on a wall mimicking a deer head.

Perfect for crowded public spaces, as long as your crowd isn’t opposed to deer hunting-like design hanging above their heads, the stool is easily put out of the way in an original manner and retrieved at a moment’s notice.

Wesselink highlights the prudence of his quirky design in his own words, “If you don’t need it, hang it upside down on a wall hook and presto, it changes into a colorful, sleekly stylized deer head.” See the designer’s website - www.jeroenwesselink.nl - for more details.
