This past September FAUCHON, the luxury food shop in Paris, released their “weekend éclairs.” It is a collection of 34 éclairs invented over the past 4 years by Christophe Adam.

The éclairs vary from traditional flavors, such as vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry candy strips, to new non-sweetened treats like salmon and garden peas.

The collection is packed with cheerful colors, lots of different flavors, texture, and style. The new éclairs are a celebration of FAUCHON’s 122 years of culinary legacy.
